Weeeeelll! hmmm…
My first impression was absolutely negative in point of journalistic side, because i didn’t understand immediately that this site was oriented to a special auditory. Word “special” means limited and in this situation Baristanet is the local news website. And this what you need to hear to not be disappointed, because such a local sites will not contribute a big global news, there you can find such a nice stories as “Help me find my cat!” or “Today will be a meeting near *** park” etc.
In case of presenting participatory journalism there, I would say YES, of course! You can see the special frames, it’s how editors pick up readers mails.
This site is very nice and cute for me as a person from absolutely another part of the world (this is New Jersey’s small village site), but if you are looking for some real stories and hot news this site should be omited.
When we first start discuss themes of the final projects,
I wanted to write about star’s life and where journalists get the information of their private life.
Share with me is it right theme or too boriing and unusefull!
Journalism is a bridge between government and ordinary people. It helps to undrestand what ministry is doing, which laws are creating etc. People should know what is going on in their country, so journalism provide this info.
But very often mass media became a powerful instrument in hands of government. Basically, our oriental outlook creates by what we are seeing, reading, and hearing. Freaquently it’s TV, Radio, and newspapers another words is mass media. Freedom od speech is permitted in such developed countries as USA and most of the Europeans country, but for ex. Kazakhstan can not boast with availability of say or right whatever journalists want, they’ve got some prohibitions. From such a prohibition government can build up needed public opinion about their work etc.
Journalistic work is very hard job and very often bad paid. But I am sure that somme day it becomes more wanted and perfectly paid as businessmen’s salaries.
Also I would like to write that Journalistic skills could be made after some good practice but it is safe to say that you have to be talented to become a journalist.
For example, I went to journalism and mass communication college because it’s ineteresting and could be a good start. unfortunately not bevause I feel comfortble in writing
Journalism is integral part of today’s life.
Now I would like to describe what interactivity is and which role it plays in today’s life.
Interactivity is exchange of information between people itself and from electronic resources either.
We meet with interactivity all the time, except when we are staying alone with ourselves. on the lectures, in the cinema, during lunch, when we are with our friends, family etc. even in taxies! it helps to grow up in menthal side! grace a interactivity we enlarge our knoweldge store and getting more educated.
So it means that interactivity follows us whole life!
